We have consensus on adopting the Protocol. I will make a motion to ratify our consensus at tonight's monthly meeting.

The tl;dr is that it allows more dense housing construction around transit and also in exclusionary zoned job-rich cities like Palo Alto. It would be a powerful tool to allow more housing, supporting traditional EB4E priorities like #UpzoneRockridge and the N. Berkeley BART.
