Induction

This group has been set up with the intention of gathering the views of new colleagues at the University of Salford regarding their induction experience. Asking what has gone well, not so well and what we could do differently to enhance the new starter experience from application to the completion of probation.

This will allow us to then deliver a better Induction experience for new colleagues in the future
