This sample group shows how you can apply the FairShares Model to an existing association, company or co-operative. All enterprises need a governance system - this Loomio Group shows you the governance protocols for a FairShares Enterprise (an association, company or co-operative that has adopted a FairShares constitution).

If you are not a FairShares Enterprise, you can still use this example group. Every enterprise has founders, a labour force, users of its goods/services and (in most cases) one or more investors. This means that the FairShares Model can be applied to any organisation.
This main group is for all members. It is like the General Meeting / General Assembly of a company or co-operative and has soverign power over all other groups.
