Sunday Afternoon Activists Club [SAAC]

SAAC is an informal gathering of folk who want to get more actively involved in creative actions - think 'book club meets high tea for creative activism chats and actions'.

The idea is to encourage more creative actions across a range of issues (there's so much which needs drastic attention!) and to share tips, case studies, best practice, ideas and plans around future actions.

I'm a nomad currently living in Australia and these gatherings will initially take place wherever my bus and I happen to be at the time, with the hope that meetings continue after I have left. The first meeting was in Perth and the next will be in Adelaide. One day these gatherings may have an online component to bring everyone together in a realtime livestream but for now we'll be a decentralised network of physical nodes.

This platform will be a space to coordinate gatherings, the books we choose to read and other organisational details.
