Here is a quick intro on using Loomio:
- You can join into a current discussion.
- You can create a new discussion
- You can join a subgroup and have discussions there.
- You can create new subgroups.
- You can invite new people to join the groups via email, @name, etc.
- Keep up to date with group notifications by choosing the setting in the options menu on the right in each group.
Each discussion thread also has the ability to run proposals.
Depending on the nature of the proposal, the result can indicate a collective decision or consensus of opinion.
A discussion may take several iterations of proposals to bring us to a greater consensus and sense of unity.
