Our GitLab policy development page contains statements that summarise the results of Loomio discussion and consensus finding so far. They are in early development by forum participants and continue to evolve as a reflection of continued Loomio discussion and when new realities come to light.
In light of this, everyone is welcomed and encouraged to contribute to the open creation and development of our GitLab documents!

Discussion threads can run proposals. Make proposals for participants to vote on once a discussion topic is understood. Depending on the nature of the proposal, the result can indicate a collective decision or consensus of opinion. A discussion may require a sufficient amount of dialogue and several iterations of proposals before a greater consensus and sense of unity can be generated.
Subgroups have been created for residents of territorial authority areas and Auckland local board areas. If the area of your territorial authority or Auckland local board is not listed please add it. Once Loomio has developed additional features for groups then more complexity will be able to be added to the organisation of subgroups including regions, electorates, wards, subdivisions and smaller townships, district health boards, and additional special interests.
Many thanks to Loomio for this tool, please consider supporting Loomio's work with a gift contribution.
