Mae’r Pwyllgor Materion Cyfansoddiadol a Deddfwriaethol ar hyn o bryd yn cynnal ymchwiliad i Fil Cymru Llywodraeth y DU. Yn ystod y Pedwerydd Cynulliad, wnaiff y Pwyllgor Materion Cyfansoddiadol a Deddfwriaethol (‘y cyn-Bwyllgor) cynnal craffu cyn deddfu ar y Bil Cymru ddrafft yn yr hydref a chyhoeddi eu hadroddiad yn Rhagfyr 2015.

Mae’r platfform yma yn gyfle i rhanddeiliaid a’r Pwyllgor dod at ei gilydd i drafod, dadlau a rhannu syniadau ar Fil Cymru Llywodraeth y DU wrth iddo fynd drwy Senedd y DU.

The Constitutional and Legislative Affairs is currently examining the UK Government’s Wales Bill. In the fourth Assembly, the Constitutional and Legislative Committee (‘the predecessor Committee’) undertook pre-legislative scrutiny of a draft Wales Bill in autumn 2015 and published its report in December.

This platform is an opportunity to gather the Committee and stakeholders together to discuss, debate and share ideas on the UK Government’s Wales Bill as it progresses through UK Parliament.

Fel rhan o'r ymchwiliad, mae'r Pwyllgor yn awyddus i glywed i ba radd y mae pobl yn ystyried bod y Bil:

• yn welliant ar y Bil ddrafft a’r setliad presenol; ac
• yn cynnig y setliad clir, cydlynol ac ymarferol mae Cymru angen.

Mae cylch gorchwyl yr ymchwiliad wedi’u rannu i sgyrsiau unigol isod. Mae rhestr o’r holl unigolion sydd wedi rhoi tystiolaeth i’r Pwyllgor ar gael yma.

As part of the inquiry, the Committee is interested to hear the extent to which people consider that the Bill:

• is an improvement on the draft Bill and the current settlement;
• will provide the clear, coherent, workable and durable settlement that Wales needs.
