Inability to upload documents to threads
Kia ora, unfortunately I am unable to upload documents to threads at the moment. When I try and upload documents, it says 'uploading - 100%' and then the document completely disappears! Could you please advise whether this might be due to a system bug? Thanks

Hi @robertguthrie thanks for your quick reply! Unfortunately my colleagues and I can't use Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge on our work computers. Could you please let me know when the issue has been resolved? Thank you!

Oh ok! I'm working on it now. Hope to have it fixed soon. However it is worth saying that IE11 is no longer supported in many places and supporting it comes with quite a high cost. I recommend upgrading to any other browser.
That said, thanks for taking time to report the bug, and I'll do my best to squash it soon.

Hi @robertguthrie unfortunately this issue also seems to be occurring intermittedly on Chrome browsers too, sorry.

Oh no! Intermittent problems are the worst kind. Any steps you can provide that we can use to reproduce the problem would be much appreciated.

Sorry to hear that you are have difficulties with loomio.
When did you sign up?
It may be that the admin has not yet logged you into the group as yet.
We only started in December 6 with five (5) enroled and only just adverticed that we are using the platform for the odd vote and survey when required.
Most of the decisions are made at our monthly general meeting, the first Tuesday of the month, just last night.
Your are most welcome to attend as a member next March 6th @ 7:00pm.
Our NSW State meeting will be on the 24-25 Feb. @ Petersham Town Hall, you are also welcome.

Hi @lucy26. Sorry you're experiencing problems!
We have a bug with Internet Explorer right now, we're working on it, but in the meantime are you able to use Google Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge, which we believe are all working fine for uploads.
