Earth Nation Constitution

KBM Keegan Blisstears Meade Public Seen by 276

I propose to write down our the fundamental agreements of the Earth Nation such as our commitment to nurture a sustained joyful vibration equally within every life form to the best of our ability. The document will be drafted with the intention of officially assuring potential investors and members of the solid foundation of our organization in respect to our embodiment of unconditional love. Traditionally the power of the written word converts agreements into law. This document will instill confidence and provide clarity on the balance of power within Earth Nation. The writer(s) will be awarded the appropriate amount of keys upon completion, and we will hold a vote to ratify our constitution.

If anyone knows of New Earth's arm of law and Natural Justice, the International Tribunal for Natural Justice (ITNJ) has a Constitution and Treaty, I invite everyone here to sign the Treaty if they are in alignment with it https://www.itnj.org/itnj/itnj-constitution/
It can be used as an example because it is clearly in resonance with the morals and standards of this group.

Most of our own decisions are on record here in loomio, and it has been said that it should be a simple compilation of already available, already approved by all, motions.

However, as many are pointing out, a Constitution or otherwise named document, summarizing (hopefully poetically AND with great conviction) our stance on all things important will greatly affect our audience's capacity to quickly determine resonance for them...

In general, I am totally down for this. I am curious to see how this evolves. I do feel it should be very carefully and thoroughly co-created.. and the proper/required time needed to be taken. This is a pivotal step/moment/choice IMO. I personally feel we are best served as a DAO looking towards the definition of Constitution from Holacracy.

Constitution
The documents that defines the fundamental rules, processes, and other constructs of the Holacracy system for organizational governance and operations. Within an organization running Holacracy, the Constitution is the formal power-holder in the organization rather than a specific person (e.g. CEO, President, etc.)

I think a revamped Bill of Rights would be a good place to start. A constitution can come later and should be worked on with other organization leaders as a tool to create unity across the movement.
