I'm running the update now. Migrations are taking a long time to complete.

downtime was about 3 hours :( next time those who are doing the update, remember, you don't have to stop diaspora when running migrations. Also I would like someone to volunteer for next update. Also anyone volunteering to enable terms of service?

It could take another 2 hours for migrations to complete.
