On Behalf of the ASC i move to create an Administrative Branch
I move to create an administrative branch of the ASC.
-Any member over 1000 governance shares may join.
-All Report Evaluations, the Distribution of Governance and Resource Shares for finalized reports, and task impact award rates are delegated to the administrative branch.
-This Sub-Collective makes decisions by 91% consent. This cannot be changed by the administrative branch.
-Every member of this collective has exactly one governance share. This cannot be changed by the administrative branch.
-Every month on the 1st the administrative branch is audited by the ASC.
-After awarding 3000 governance or 10000 resource shares in a single month the administration branch is audited by the ASC
-The ASC may not award more then 3000 governance and 10000 resource shares without being audited.

Administrative roles need to be clearly defined.

-After awarding 3000 governance or 10000 resource shares in a single month the administration branch is audited by the ASC I meant to say that.
The ASC is the awakening sovereignty collective, the overall organization.

But who makes decisions on behalf of the ASC? What level of transparency is it committed to maintaining?
Matthew Stonewell Sat 26 Nov 2016 9:47PM
Is there a current protocol in place or, form that will be used for time tracking?
Raymond Powell Sat 26 Nov 2016 9:51PM
We need that, now. When we have discussed it in the past, it has gotten tangled up with the long term way the software will work. I think we need to just create a standardized way to track time and other contributions now.

Ray. No one makes decisions on behalf of the asc. The asc makes decisions based upon majority consensus of the shareholders, who can be found herehttps://docs.google.com/document/d/1aTog7US6hfo8DuEI7EKHqRg09hNENruH0c55vlrHzf4/edit?usp=sharing
Every member is personally responsible for tracking everything they do that they wish to receive shares for. This includes the hours they have worked.
Matt. The administrative branch under this act will make decisions regarding the following.
Report Evaluation. Anytime a member wants to increase their shares they must file a report detailing what ASC sanctioned actions they have completed.
Report Finalization and Share Allocation. Once a report has been evaluated by one or more admins, the administrative branch then votes upon which evaluation to honor.
Task impact award Rates. Standardization for distribution of shares for sanctioned tasks. For example; 1 resource share per 11 link unique link clicks, 1 governance share per every 33 unique link clicks. 1 Governance share and 3 resource shares per 44 friends messaged. 1 governance and 6 resource shares per hour for administrative work. And So on.

"Every month on the 1st the administrative branch is audited by the ASC" - Who is "the ASC"? How does it make decisions?
