This is a free meet up where we show one to two TED talks (Technology, Education and Design) and then discuss the talk afterwards. There's normally around 20 people who come to this each month.

Haiying is (I think) trying to set up a regular date for these meetups -- but in the meantime they would like to book 6-8pm next Wednesday 3rd of Feb -- calendar says free at the mo, they donate all koha collected. I've put in proposal and sped up proposal time since that is rather close by. Cheers!

since there is still nothing else in the calendar for Wednesday night I guess this can go head!.. ? any objections please decree. not sure if one vote from me is enough for a decision or not .. ;)

the TED meetup group would like to meet again Tuesday 1st of March 6-7:30pm. @eamonn that is an hour before your show start? - would that be ok? they are low maintenance just need the projector and chairs.. Cheers!

@callyoneill yep that should be fine, I'll be in there from 7 30 setting up so as long as it finishes on time it's all good from me

Hi @callyoneill in the calendar at the moment you've put Proposed: TED Inspired Meet Up running from Jan 1 - March 1 and it's making the calendar a bit confusing. Is this intentional? Is it possible to make the even more specific on the calendar?

Hey - confirming that this is now booked in calendar (just the once) and they have been notified and confirm they will be done and out by 7:30pm. thanks @eamonn

@callyoneill - I was going to say they could do 7.30 or something that night... but it might smell of paint a little bit. Any chance they can do another night?
