Thread is to discuss/announce the next meeting date/location.
The meeting details now confirmed, note the change of venue:
Monday 23rd or 30th April.
6pm, The Royal Dick Pub, Edinburgh (in the separate meeting room on the right of the entrance).
I aim to bring something modest I can screen @pennytravlou's suggested documentary video "Building Communities of Commons in Greece" about a community mesh WiFi network in Sarantaporo, and/or some of the P2PF introductory videos.

Ok, the Royal Dick Pub will take us - I've booked the front room on the right of the entrance for 6pm, under the name "Nick". I'll update the topic...

Thanks Nick for organising the meet-up for this evening. I am still not sure if I can make it as I have a deadline for tomorrow (yes on May Day!). Not such a big turn out this time! Luckily @roryg turned up and saved the day, but we skipped watching the video and just had a beer and a chat instead.
However, we made a quick test and my 2nd hand flatscreen TV delivered by bakfiets seems like it could work well in future, the main problem as always is noise from the bar.

Bad news guys, I discover the basement is already booked, I think the Marxists beat us to it! http://blog.theforest.org.uk/calendar But not only that, the staff tell me the cafe is shut all next week...
I shall try the Royal Dick instead...
