Thank you guys, I know art grants is probably one of the easier positions And so much thanks to @amandasm for the amazing amount of hard work and time you put into arts. I really couldn’t have done it without you Xx
I also just want to say, I think the small group for decision making is the only real way for those decisions to be made... if you start inviting too many more people in and it would become a very long process and open meetings would make making hard decisions harder because you can’t be as honest for fear of upsetting someone who is maybe listening.... just how it is unfortunately. ... pls feel free to disagree tho
