We received the following mail from "La Voix est libre" in the contact inbox. In short, they would like to coorganise with us a party about the alternatives to the representative democracy (that is, about real democracy). It would be on 10th May, in the evening, in Brussels.
If we participate, they ask us two things :
- To put our logo on the visuals (flyers, posters, etc)
- To contribute to the party with 50€ (this includes the room location, DJ, etc.)
We should give our answer before this Saturday 30th March. I guess we will be able to discuss this during the Pirate Lab in Tubize.

The organisation seems legit and the concept seems nice. It's also a good way to come in contact with others who want democracy.
I say let's do it!

Do we still have flags and posters somewhere? I have a flag, but I rather not loose it :p
If I'm sure to get it back, then that's one thing we can give
EDIT: ah, nevermind. I thought they wanted stuff with our logo for the event. But they prob mean to put our logo on their posters and stuff about the event '

As we discussed this during today's Pirate Lab, we weren't against contributing to this event, but we wanted to have more details. So I sent a mail to La Voix est libre asking them how would be spent the money and what was the agenda of the day. Here is their reply :
So in short :
* There will be a debate from 5pm to 7pm, then it will be more festive
* Expected expenses : 600€ (150€ room location, 350€ equipments, 100€ communicaton). There would be a refund or something like that in case of benefits.
* We will have to approve the invitation visuals and promote the event
