Extra 5% commission if you received your commission for Sales in Keys

I propose that if you choose to receive Keys instead of cash for your commission then you will get an extra 5% on top of the overall commission for Sales of Keys.
Example: If you sell $1000 in Keys and the commission is 35% in cash as monthly income then if you choose to accept your commission in Keys you will get 40% in Keys or 400 keys on a sale of $1000.
