Adding Michael and Jeff to the Governance Campaign's Regular Rewards

Out of the governance meeting last week, there was a strong movement to have an order of operations of defining roles in the roles sheet before officially approving anyone for regular rewards :-D
Jeff and Michael have their roles now well defined:

The Giveth DApp is ready for DAO-ification! We need someone to start an innovative philanthropic model utilizing DAOs to build the future of giving.
Proposal
Let's hire Jeff the author of this blog post: https://blog.goodaudience.com/rewriting-the-story-of-human-collaboration-c33a8a4cd5b8 to make a design spec and working with the steward of the DApp, the Aragon DAC, and Blockscience (a research firm) to enable communities to use the model outlined in his post !! :-D
If this proposal passes, Jeff will work part time leading the design and research of this innovative funding model to be built for communities on top of the Giveth DApp. This model uses very interesting cryptoeconomic primitives (specifically token bonding curves and curation markets) that are new but real! They are being implemented by various teams in the ecosystem, and Jeff knows all of them!
He will lead the creation of a design spec for this system and advise the Aragon DAC to for its implementation. He will also work with Michael to make a road map and make sure his project can work with the roadmap of the other stakeholders.
He will get €300 a week from the Gov Campaign and will also work with the Aragon DAC, if he receives a lot of funding from the Aragon DAC, he will claim less money from Giveth (this last detail are yet to be defined, but most likely will be subjective and up to him).
As a bonus, he is very well versed in digital marketing and can contribute a lot to the Comms circle and his initiative might help us raise funds as well, he has filled in a role for that and he also intends to help Block Science raise funds for research on our platform... but that is an idea still forming shape :-D

Jeff brings the right level of discipline, open-mindedness, objectivity and passion to Giveth. I feel he'll be a valuable asset to the team both on the TCR research but also more broadly in strengthening the organization as a whole.

The Giveth DApp team is starting to work with other projects to use the codebase and in September requested we find a maintainer for the DApp. Also the DApp is ready for DAO-ification! We need someone to steward the DApp during this time of transition, and coordinate with everyone!

Hi everyone, I am very appreciative of this opportunity to work with the Giveth team. I have a tremendous amount of respect for Giveth, its values, and the community you have all built. I am keen to contribute, learn, listen, and to help with Giveth’s ongoing success. Aside from the specific project work mentioned above, I’m also keen to help Giveth with fundraising, proposal writing, event organization, and to assist with governance as outlined in the roles spreadsheet.

I don't know, but the role and side roles appear relevant and called for timing wise. My impressions are positive but I must admit those feelings as speculative bias. Only one way to find out!

As soon as the DApp team moves on and secures their own funding I hope Michael's payment can be moved onto the DApp Campaign, as this makes more sense.
