J'ai le contact du mec de loomio. Qu'est-ce que je lui demande ?

Bof. On a souvent comme retour qu’il est difficile de trouver le moyen de s’inscrire sans passer par la connexion à un réseau social.
Sinon, il y a sans doute des choses à dire sur l’outil mais je pense que dans notre cas présent on a aussi des problèmes d’usages… ce n’est pas un forum, loomio…

Je pense qu'il est encore un peu trop tôt pour recenser tous nos besoins mais si les concepteurs sont disponibles, c'est vraiment bien.

Je pense que la possibilité de pouvoir faire des contre-propositions serait un plus.

J'ai vu qu'il y avait une API mais je n'ai pas eu le temps de voir si c'était exploitable

With a big team, very implicated in civic tech projects, we wanted to upgrade some loomio aspects for the need of a big edemocracy software for more of a thousand people.

I don't know you would wish to proceed. We would love to bring a lot of evolutions on loomio, in different steps. We are working on the project with a team. Maybe we can send you the whole picture, and you could advise us the best way to succeed, knowing pretty well your OS. You can also paritcipate in this conceptual elaboration. NuitDebout is willing to be, as any open source philisophy, worldwibe matter. Redefining the process of democracy collaborative reflexion for alternative political and economical systems, real life digital solutions etc... And you could be part of it, as much as we all are. No bounderies and vertical process of any kind. And it works ;)

OK, yes I would be very interested i your feedback about the evolution of Loomio. Can you please summarise it and send it to me? Then I can offer some advice and context from our side. Can you also give me a short summary of NuitDebout itself - what is the purpose, how did this group of people come together, what is the aspiration for the future. I'm also interested in why you chose to use Loomio instead of any other tool. Thanks!

This movement has the goal to innovate the principals of democracy. People want to question the economy, the social organisation and find new ways to rebuild the society coming from the ground, and assuming that the vertical way has no longer efficency to respond to the will of the people.

We are experiencing in this movement, the efficency of collective intelligence. In the real world, and on the web. We are working, learning, day after day how to co-crate an organic and evolutiv system, working without hierarchy, and it works ! Still problems come trough, but we are collectivly progressing. Every one can participate, has a skill, a way to help on any aspect of this new coming society organisation, and this is only the beggining.

Now we believe that collaborative technologies can help mastering collective intelligence in terms of political and economical thinking, elaboration, critic, vote, IRL organisations, actions ...

For days we compared many solutions, like democracy OS, appgree, loomio, discours etc... But no one would really fit the needs. Thats why we know we would have to upgrade any of these solutions.

4 teams are working on 4 solutions. Loomio, appgree, Discourse, and democratie OS. Each solution would be used by different group of people, lyon would use discourse, paris comities and General assembly apgree, nuitdebout.fr would use and upgraded loomio.

At some point we would have the feedback of users, and have enough experience to elaborate more of it.

Loomio is nice, open source, modulable and I have been told that you were cool and up for it, so it would be bad not to bring you in the adventure ;)

For the project, I can wait till we got forward into it on wednesday, so I can also give you a nice presented and translated work.

je pense si vous êtes chauds que je leur présente d'abord le projet du groupe loomio jeudi, et publier leur response avant. Comme ça il pourront dejà nous renseigner sur des problématiques conrètes

A la limite leur demander de revoir l'inscription car actuellement ça oblige à avoir un compte Twitter, Facebook, ou G+.
Aussi pouvoir gérer les inscrits via un LDAP
