Financing
I think I may have finally lost patience with my web developer who is also a member of our fledgling workers coop. I have as a consequence made an appointment with Mike at co-operativeweb. This has cost me six months at least as the business is a platform coop, but I suspect I must bite the bullet. Not wishing to waste any more time I must start thinking about financing the site commercially as opposed to having it done in-house so to speak. It will involve some serious bespoke coding. I have some money, but may well need a loan on-top, Who is the best person to talk to who specialises in commercial loans to the coop sector?

'What's the problem with the web developer'?. Not his talent Jeff, which is why I have hung on for so long, but there is a limit to the number of broken promises one can endure. Meanwhile I am aware of Ian at Co-operative & Community Finance , but I'm still grateful that you took the time to reply. I'll very likely be giving him a call.
