Making mentions in wiki news and current events such as PG&E possibly becoming a consumer cooperative.

I would also suggest we make mentions of cooperatives in current events. For example, maybe the PG&E wiki article does not link to cooperatives. A legion of mayors of California are asking for PG&E to become a cooperative or be publically managed. As people become curious about things mentioned in the news then they will be making searches on Google and most likely visit a related Wikipedia article. I propose to provide mentions and links to cooperatives articles from the PG&E page and other things in the news.

Good idea, made the edit, see image. No need for money from the fund.

The pageviews spike when PGE has power shortages, so it's nice that such events now also channel into awareness about energy coops. Also tooted and tweeted about the edit.

Many thanks for the link to the story about Pacific Gas & Electric. I'm surprised that this isn't a much bigger story.
