FairShares and self-governing developmental organisations

GB Graham Boyd Public Seen by 75

FairShares is both the growth and a fair share of the wealth and power. Wealth and power can go beyond money and voting though. A fair share of power can extend to replacing a management hierarchy with self-governance, where people working, not managers, have autonomous power to structure their work. Equally wealth growth includes growing each person, and each group of people, to their full capacity. The Free Company, integrating FairShares, self-governing and developmental organisation patterns is our focus in Evolutesix.

Hi all,

Following the discussion on FB messenger, I've started this thread.

To know more about the Free Company, the benefit of integrating FairShares with self-governing and deliberately developmental ways of working, have a look at this webinar we gave with Rory, Henry and Jack Reardon: https://www.thinkdif.co/sessions/redesigning-your-economy-free-companies-that-cannot-be-bought-or-sold

If you want to join in the next online workshop on the foundations of the developmental part, the details are in the attached document. This will also directly support anyone facing any large change - the basis is unlocking your immunity to change!

And, in the FairShares spirit, if the list price is a barrier to participation, join anyway, and let's talk about how you can contribute in other ways.

Regards
Graham

Thanks Graham / talked to Henry yesterday, looking for ways to hook up around this agenda. It looks quite challenging, but we may have found a day towards the end of June to do something with Nina Boeger from Bristol Law School.

Uploaded the video we recorded in the run up to the Disruptive Innovation Festival to Youtube yesterday too.
