Usually we use zh-Hant (taditional Chinese) and zh-Hans (simplified Chinese) as zh-Hant is used in tw, hk, and sg, unless the regions have very differently vocabulary.
I'd say we just use zh-Hant for loomio.

do you want it in roman characters (zh-Hant) or in chinese characters (正體中文)?
you'll notice we have a trend of representing languages in their native language and script

The reality is Chinese People use "Taditional Chinese" (正體中文) as written language in formal who lives in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore.
