Let's do a short introduction of Holacracy
Crew Gent is experimenting with a new organisational model: Holacracy. It's purpose: to distribute power and responsibilities. We just started it a few months ago, but maybe it would be nice to inform other Pirates about our journey so far?

I agree with Pascal, could you please be more specific?

Can someone plz endorse this for the drafting zone? This is clearly not a brainstorming anymore.

Hi,
Sorry for the late response. The flu kept me from thinking straight.
It seems I can not add a comment into loomio anymore. So I hope I'm not messing with your logic by placing it here, ...
As most of you know by now, the pirates in Ghent started to experiment with holacracy.
Implementing this is not an easy process, nor is it a short one and success is not guaranteed.
Never the less, the first steps have been taken and the momentum is ours.
Seeing I am introducing holacracy in Ghent, Sarah asked me to speak on this subject at the GA.
I still need to work on the presentation but if you need a general idea now, ..
I suggest that we start with a 10 minute introduction to Holacracy,
followed by a short Q&A (only clarifying questions)
In the last 15 minutes I will show what is happening in Ghent and how it transformed the way of working and thinking.
sincerely yours
Jan

Now we have a decent idea of the content, and 3 positive votes, let's move to the debating zone

Sorry... folks ... french content only but wanted to share here.
Bonne lecture / écoute!

Some nice reading about Holacracy / Loomio here.

Shouldn't we have a bit of content before going next step ?
Holacracy seems to be ok for everyone, but what is the idea ?
Just launch 20 to 30 minutes of random discussions ?
Make some experiments ?
Having a presentation ?
Something else ?
Shortly : what are we going to endorse here ?
