The big question for me is to get a clearer understanding of "recursion". What do different people mean by recursion? hierarchical embedding of self similar systems? Circularity? Recurrence? Self referential circularity or Self similar generative dynamics? If the logic, philosophy and science can be successfully explained and accepted by others then we have a potential alternative to hierarchical business models. Surely this must be pivotal to the interest of worker coops?

Fascinating stats: What should we read from the joint winner "Managing Conflict in A Worker Co-op"? Stafford Beer had a term "pathological autopoiesis", are the stats a reflection of systemic failure?
