The question everyone wants to know when checking out a community is ‘how is it doing really?’ Creating a community is a challenge, and there are often rifts and cracks which can destabilise the development.

Wondering what 'Atamai' means - anyone know?

"Atamai" has various meanings. The one the village has chosen is "common sense". However it also means anything and everything on the spectrum from intelligent and knowing, through quick witted and ready, to sneaky, untrustworthy, cunning, and an object of contempt, disdain and ridicule!
