I am a really tiny investor. Right now I own one (1) share through Robin Hood. I'm wondering if it would be possible to start an investor pool for people like me? Please reply to this thread.

It certainly would be possible to craft an outreach campaign to gauge interest in the community of investors like you. It seems in alignment with the larger effort in that its collective power of small folks that could potentially create great change or momentum toward change. If folks are into it, we could brainstorm on some ideas for this.

Thanks for your encouraging words, Jessica Riley. Who else would enjoy joining this effort?

I'm keen - shares would need to be held for the contributors in some way as a group. some sort of co-op structure @williamcerf ?

Yes, definitely a co-op structure of some sort that is allowable under the law. @jobooth would you be interested in collaborating on this effort? I'm sure there are others on this list who would lend us their technical expertise. What say you?

William, this is definitely the spirit of #BuyTwitter. I'm curious, What do you want to get out of pooling investment? What's different than the current space we have here, with other investors like Chad and many others? What did you think about the platform coop investment club?

LLC investment club is probably lowest-overhead approach, but limited to 99 members: http://www.coopwatercooler.com/discussions//building-to-co-op-movement-base-with-investment-clubs

William, I know a lot of people here are also curious about pooling investments. To be helpful, I could personally use more background from you on why you see this as important and different than what we as investors currently have with this forum and others like it for collective discussion and decision-making.
