Hi Simon: Could you elaborate? Why is the word 'embedding' disharmonic and what care is needed to avoid 'brand' competition? Broadly speaking, artists are people, not brands, although they often create separate identities to trade under which could be called 'brands' I suppose...? This is not primarily a project for 'discussion', but a project to create a vehicle for cultural commoning. It's an action plan and a document of a process. Of course discussion is welcome and I have created a thread for this conversation: See Value Proposition, Ethics etc. I will migrate this discussion there and look forward to hearing from you. HI Simon - I'm glad you think so. It's pretty hard to imagine 'commoning' at any level in reality without the use of Peer Production Licensing and contracts.. I just wonder if embedding it in CT'UK' might be a bit much all at once - it's a big area on its own.. thoughts welcome... you may well be right of course - shall consider. Liam
