Yea, totally agree seeing a log of notifications would be great, and getting a fully fledged calendar event where you can see everyone in it would be good too.

Thanks for the write up.

can we have days of week pls?

and not sure if there is a thread for this - have mentioned once before but
- data for admins on users login frequency (at least - last log in) would be extra useful for gauging participation (even silent) - listing members by last login date would suffice (maybe just grouped by: in last week, last month, 6 months ago)

Ben, did you know that last log in is available on people's profile pages? (Accessible by clicking profile photos)

yes :-)

i wanted to be able to list members and sort by this - not find for individuals (one at a time)

Ben, this won't sort or group by last seen date (didn't manage to get there), but it would display this data in the member list along with location...

sounds good - hopefully this can be taken further... :-)

Event planning (doodle style) poll

[I had posted it in the wrong thread before]
I found two problems:
1. After voting you are not allowed to add new options anymore, neither changing your vote
2. when you have many options (>6), if you want to add new options I can't scroll down the window and so I can't reach the button to do that

Other features I think could be useful:
1. New answer "if necessary". Now you can answer (="i'll be present") or leave it empty (="I won't"), but could be useful also an option that let you say that you don't prefer that schedule but you can try to be present if majority choose it.
2. Personalize options: could be useful to add the place of that date (not every day the same place is available for meeting), to add the day name (monday, tuesday etc); furthermore, it would convert it in a generic approval voting, that is not bad.
And if you add also the "if necessary" answer actually you are getting a basic score voting!

I don't understand why Time Poll outcomes have a required statement at the top. Seems like the other fields provided give plenty of detail for most meetings: time, venue, agenda.
