What tool shall we use for V1 Ideaspace?

At some point in the Dignity roadmap, we're intending to launch Ideaspace.
First we need to test it: what's the best tool and how to use it?
After that we can show it to causes and early adopter users fundraising with Dignity.
Needs (feel free to add to our challenge)
1. Ease of use (including notifications and when a proposal has been implemented [or not] by a cause)
2. Effective to use (actually surfaces insightful ideas that causes will be excited to implement)

By far the most popular option in the eyes of all 3 people who voted was Loomio. Hooray!
I shall reach out to them about what we feel able to pay (they're basically PayAsYouFeel and most of their customers are Planet before profit)
So let's continue using Loomio for some of our decisions, and we can start to invite others outside our team to have a day if they're interested :relieved:

Vocaleyes can difficult to understand for New comers.. interested to see how loomio goes
