We need to develop overall systems of how Earth Nation members can handle their "gripes and concerns" in ways that do not undermine the Mission especially when the material is highly sensitive to the public or very personal. For example all concerns should be communicated in a daily, weekly or monthly place depending on their level of importance to a person or council for review. Public airing of concerns and working them out is not wise for any organization.

When i lived with a group of monks we were never allowed to criticize or even point out the faults of the other monks. If we had issues we were to tolerate them and write them down throughout the week as principles to live by and not as direct attacks on anyone. Then the principles would be read out and discussed on a 30 minute meeting that was conducted by someone who was good at mediating. First establishing the principles the group would then come to agreement on what would now be followed and then if anyone was found to be breaking principles there was a chain of command for how such breaking was reported.

Thoughts?

I agree that it is critical to have diplomatic lovingly aligned protocol in effect for such situations. You obviously have a lot of wisdom to contribute to it's development. I am excited to discover what evolutions we create from the disharmony.

For the purpose of consolidating all of the information regarding this case, i am reposting the information from our vote to exile Tuva.

Tuva lived in our HQ for 2+ months. He Repeatedly lied, made promises and fake claims. Continuously claiming to do work he never did, while also claiming credit for work he did not do.

He also greatly fed the dissonance that created a split in the HQ teams by continuously gossiping and focusing on attempting to demonize Dakota and other team members.

We held several meetings to address Tuvas Behavior. We invited him to embodiment team consoling numerous times. He refused to have meetings with the embodiment team, and he never learned or changed behavior.

We decided to split teams to graciously allow Tuva to have space away from us while still participating in the Earth Nation.

Then, Tuva initiated a series of blackmail attempts. He mentions he will have no choice but to burn every bridge hes helped us make and to go further and attempt to burn every bridge we have with every person he knows that is relative or associated with the EN. He mentions that he is not blackmailing us (which is a thing only people using blackmail do).

Dakota had originally promised tuva 500$ USD and 250$ in keys and 250$ in keys credits for bringing in and helping direct 2 software developers.

Lila Star and Teahna vetoed this expenditure because it was too much. He did less then 5 hours of work for 1000$ in combined currency.

After receiving Tuva's message, We held a CCC vote, and decided to award Tuva his money.

In Tuva04 https://drive.google.com/file/d/16r5iusYKvYBZ6ZyJe5YSl9EGxlNIXSvz/view?usp=sharing we quote Tuva stating that he understands his bounty payment was to be 500 USD and 250$ in keys and 250$ in keys credits.

As the evidence clearly displays, there is a break in Tuvas capacity to understand what actually happened in the past. The evidence also clearly shows that Tuva has an agenda against the EN that stems from his incapacity to remember the past correctly.

We have gone through all due process and as a core team believe that Tuva, Er Rai Melik needs to be exiled for repeatedly creating harm, drama, and damages to the EN.

Furthermore, we move to hold Tuvas keys and keys credits in reserve for 6 months. At such time we will evaluate the damages Tuva has caused. If Tuva creates no further damages from the date of this proposal 11/25/2017 as decided by 70% consensus from the CCC he will receive his keys and keys credits back.

If Tuva is deemed having created no harm by the CCC he will have the opportunity to ask for forgiveness. If he shows a significant change in perspective and behavior, he may be accepted back into the EN upon 70% consensus approval from the CCC.

I do not know the specifics of the interpersonal challenges which have certainly served to exacerbate the situation, though I do have questions about the overall organizational structure of the Earth Nation.

Namely, I'm questioning how we are truly a DAO. It does appear to me that there is a central group of coordinators that essentially have control over most, if not all, the assets of the Earth Nation. There have been many changes over the past few months which have felt to me like unilateral decisions being made from above rather than a mutually agreed upon shift within the nation.

I'm not sure if this is a mistaken perception on my part or how to resolve this if I'm right, but I feel that this is an absolutely essential part of this dialog. Beneath all the hurt and anger, this seems to me to be a major part of Tuva's concern.

And it's one that absolutely NEEDS to be addressed going forward.

Thank you, Dakota. That helped tremendously to provide clarity. I'm sure it goes without saying but for someone like me who is very new to blockchains, cryptocurrency, and DAO's; this type of thing is super important. I would love to see this explanation formalized in some sort of brochure-type layout. There's a lot of technical terms and the like that has made it rather difficult for me to wrap my head around. I know it's been explained multiple times, but finding a way to explain it succinctly is crucial going forward- as you mentioned with the rapid expansion which is surely on the horizon. Pictures and graphics, especially, I feel would go a long way.

I still have one question, though, and that is regarding the implementation process as for what is voted on by the keys collective. For example, say a proposal passes to allocate 1000 Keys a month to a newly established bakery (random example). Based on what you said in the video, it's up to the central coordinators to make sure that the new bakery team upholds their end of the agreement for said funding. Would I be correct to understand, then, that the team of central coordinators is also in control of the Keys Collective's funds? If so, then my concern is how we check the balance of power there. Of course, the central coordinators team needs to maintain autonomy, but I'm concerned with the concentration of financial assets in such a small group of people. How do we protect against the potential threat of corruption with this type of concentration of wealth?

Can you (or anyone) speak on that for me? Is there already some system to protect against this risk in place that I'm unaware of? If not, what are the major challenges and barriers to creating this type of thing in the first place?
