During my 7 years of being an active part of Desteni group where we learn how to understand the mind in the deepest way, I realized that it is very challenging to be completely self-honest within communication. I expected that also at Earth Nation there will be many struggles to manage people and projects if priority to self-change will not be advertised as the core objective.

This is why at I am by hosting Self-Perfection Workshops building a legacy of supportive material where leadership and members of any team can have the opportunity to improve relationships with self and others in a radically new way like it has never been done before in existence. Approaches like NLP - Neuro-Linguistic Programming is indeed effective in directing people but they are not based on equality and oneness and act as a forceful tool for creating harmony and mutual understanding.

I recognize usability of technology to connect us via computes and internet and providing an opportunity to collaborate on a global scale. However, I see that Dakota is too much obsessed with technology and trying to replace humans with use of AI. Such starting point removes humanity from the Earth Nation and instead of becoming something better than conventional companies it results in even less communication about what really matters in life.

Thus I suggest all to make the best use of available material at Self-Perfection team, to complete at least basic free DIP Lite course to understand your own mind and develop true self-honesty. And to gain some additional realizations these are two movies that I recommend to watch:

I am quite confused at the whole story and its quite tedious to read and understand it all.
I think we shoukd have an embodiment meeting and then maybe we should all meet in Valentines self perfection shows.
I am unable to vote as I feel we should sit in an embodiment meeting first.

As of Late, Tuva's destructive, going to war behavior, calling investors behind our backs - doing what he can to smear us, trying to Exile Dakota (lol), loudly yelling at Arya "STOP Being Transparent" when Arya was openly revealing his mal behavior and malicious gossip, threatening us to pay him 1000 Eth or he will go to his contacts. This all after we had a day long meeting and process on agreements and not gossiping and appropriate ways to deal with things. From a work standpoint, he has shown us to be constantly - under the influence - I feel its entities in a way that makes him unable to communicate with, inability to fully listen, or take direction while his pride self says YES YES YES, I know, without the substance or results to back it up. He tried to focus, and create with us, though consistently cannot focus nor has he produced the quality of results we needed, or the actual task complete. We gave him many chances to rise, though shows us he's not ready for this kind of work or community of integrity. He's passionate towards helping the world and a similar mission, though still going through lower level emotional issues/demons, and is not able to maintain a healthy level of presence or groundedness, or appropriate behavior when he's not getting his needs met, or doesn't like his experience. For me, he has a slippery trickery character, and feels two faced. I see him scheming, going on trips and getting all riled up all over the place. He feeds off the drama still. I hope he is learning things when he lets go of the EGO running his show. So happy to be clear of his attacks. I wish him healing and transformation, and peace.

I love Tuva. I want peace and harmony for all. I've never been the best at making these types of decisions, I try not to have to, but I trust that everything happens for a reason and while we have all formed a community, I understand the business side and how Earth Nation can't afford to have an unstable foundation. Prism, as always, makes a lot of sense in his video. I like the idea of always making sure there is a reintegration process.

I've tried to maintain as neutral of a stance on everything since I have gotten to the headquarters and try to grasp as objective of a view as possible. When gossip occurred, it always seemed plausible, but every time these feelings were challenged directly by someone else with equally plausible facts, their argument shifted. This leads me to believe that any gossip was emotional venting from frustration. Despite this, I feel those instances are completely forgivable. In any group, there are personal conflicts, whether personality or event focused. These should be addressable in the proposed manner, but I feel the group atmosphere was charged to make this more difficult than necessary at times. This is more of an acknowledgement that the processes need to evolve more than addressing any person's actions.

I have no opinion on Tuva's work ethic as I do not know how he has spent his time, or what actionable goals of his he failed to meet. I do want to express that the way this and Doron's situation is less than ideal. Bridges have been burned. This is not intelligent behavior. Both of these people offer tremendous potential value. Perhaps at this moment they are not the exact people necessary to accomplish what was needed for EN. However, the idea is a person invests in Keys so that their value may grow. I feel some slightly different choices could have resulted in the retention of talent for down the line.

Greg - we really tried to split with Tuva in a good way. I outlined a great way for him to continue working with us at the meeting on Thursday you were in. Working on the HQ team wasn't a good fit for him and instead of owning that, he is lashing out in hurt and is burning all his bridges. I don't know what choices we could have made differently, except ending his employment with Earth Nation much earlier - as soon as we recognized the patterns of non-integrous behavior.

I feel exactly the same as prism. Some people are on a path of destruction and we can't help them, save them, or change them.

Also Tuva added William Blackhorse to the Loomio vote who is not an EN member to remove Dakota from leadership, and Blackhorse is the one who threatened to Burn down our HQ, as well as make the board loose their homes because he has been so full of rage, after they removed him from the board because of years of abuse. There is a warrant out for his arrest, and this is who Tuva is choosing as an ally?!! Ah the realness of the reflections is too obvious.
