Thanks for setting up that and once again many thanks for organising!
Just for the record, it's CoTech Fund spending proposal #2 and there is no need to 'vote this through', according to what we agreed in Sheffield - bottom of the page. Only if one of the co-ops contributing to the fund blocks the spending proposal it won't happen.

On the wiki there's a link to this document from Sheffield, which states some of the spending causes, gatherings are the first on the list
