[London] Facilitating an event for the Rainmaker Foundation

Recently Francesca came to London and met Cosmina Popa, from the Rainmaker Foundation. This foundation is an accelerator for nonprofits and there are three types of members in their network:

1. The nonprofits themselves
2. The donors
3. The mentors (people who give training and mentoring for free)

The intention was to find a way of how OuiShare could help the Rainmaker Foundation, and we all agreed that facilitating an event for them seems like a good way to do this.

The idea is to put these people together (nonprofits, donors and mentors) for half-day / full-day and do all sorts of participatory exercises to increase connectivity and emergence of new ideas. End of October / early November. Around 60 people.

We talked about this project within the UK community (the Elenas, Bernie, Auli) and we all think is a good idea. There is not much budget but they are offering transport and accommodation budget for people who live abroad and want to help out. Get in touch if you want to participate :)
