Hi,

We had a lovely co-creator gathering on zoom this evening and received additional feedback on the initial summary report and proposals for a Youth Alternative UK programme.

Here is the summary document if anyone wants to take a closer look and give any additional feedback.

Our next steps will be:

  1. Access some seed / pilot funding to develop these ideas with a youth team.

  2. Identify a youth team who is keen to co-create with us

Sad to have missed this call, would love to join. I've been working with many of these themes and target groups for a few years, so lots of ideas to share! When is the next opportunity to get involved? Cheers :)

Hi Ollie, thanks for getting in touch. It would be great to have your input and support for the next stages of bringing these ideas into action. If you could email me ([email protected]) I will add you to the contacts and we can go from there. Maria and I are exploring how to access some small-scale funds and also looking at a good group to engage with to develop the pilot with youth voices included. Any ideas or support for these next steps would be greatly received :) Looking forward to catching up soon!

Perhaps it'd also be worth to discuss/explore a bit deeper at out next co-creator call (Mon 5th of Oct)? What do you think Roz? Would you be able to attend Ollie?

Hi, yes I should be able to make it? It's my first day at my new job and have other zoom calls that evening, but I can attend part of the Co-creator session. Catch up with you both on the 5th :)
