Looking after your mental health and wellbeing during lockdown

This afternoon WA Premier Mark McGowan announced that based on health advice, Perth and the Peel and South West regions of the State will enter a 5 day lockdown period, commencing 6pm Sunday 31 January 2021. For more details on the current situation, visit the wa.gov.au and Healthy WA websites for the most reliable updates and Government advice. 

Many people may be feeling concerned at the moment - this is normal and understandable, but there are 
things you can do to help maintain your health and wellbeing. We've included some tips and resources below

Help is available

If you feel as though stress or anxiety is becoming too much, make sure you reach out for help. Talk to someone you trust about how you are feeling, like friends or family, call a support helpline or speak to your regular GP or health provider and ask for advice.
