Welcome to Caroline Ridley-Duff

Dear Community,

I would like to welcome Caroline Ridley-Duff to the FairShares community. Caroline recently decided to stop working as a Court Stenographer to see if she can develop a co-ordinator/administrator role within the FairShares Association. She has been learning about the FairShares Model since Christmas, and we are now assessing the viability of her continuing in a paid role from 1st April.

So far, Caroline has completed the 'Introduction to the FairShares Model' course (at https://www.fsi.coop/courses), proof-read the 'Methodology for Creating a FairShares Lab', checked every page of the FairShares Wiki and learnt how to edit the main website of the FairShares Association (https://fairshares.coop). We are now moving onto the communication systems of the FairShares Association (this Loomio group, the group's Facebook page, MailChimp list and Hubspot CRM system).

Within the next eight weeks, you may start to receive communications directly from Caroline as we test various approaches to developing the network. We are also testing approaches to generating income through offering courses, merchandise and subscriptions. We are also interested in developing income from 'virtual runs' with a social enterprise that enables people to run for a good cause (she is herself a regular runner).

Given she may become a key figure for communications, you may want to say 'hello' and offer her a short note on your involvement with FairShares.
