We need gantt software that:
- takes into account man hours
- takes into account costs
- create dependant jobs
- changes finish date depending on sub job completion
- is cheap or free

What is more important to build first? Closed Wed 7 Mar 2018 12:02PM

I think it's most important to make this property profitable as a fast as possible and we can do that by building a cave and renting it out for 500 dollars a night just as this guy is renting his our for 879 dollars a night 15 nights a month, as you can see here: https://www.airbnb.com.au/rooms/6006143

I want to see a cave made too but at this point it seems faster to build in the house. You'll need funds from the house rent to cover all the repair costs on gear that breaks during the cave build. You also need more people laboring.

This presumes there's a similar amount of tourism between the Blue Mountains and our area, is that 8k a likely figure we're all in agreement on?

We have some money to spend, better spend it on the common goal that will also make more money to fund other developments.

I'm going to play devil's advocate here: what do we actually need Gantt chart software for? What actual problems does it solve for us? This question feels like a solution looking for a problem, and I'm not convinced it's a problem we really have.
