Keeping the space more clear of big stuff
It's good to have a bit of space to build projects in, and it's good to store some projects in the space. But stored projects can become forgotten and start to take over which means there's much less space for everyone.
Lets try and figure out a system which is easy to understand and makes more of a balance between these things

First we can politely ask everyone who have stuff from projects they do not currently work on to store them elsewhere ( targeting myself here as part of people ), and giving them some time (1 week? 2 weeks?) to do so. Following the same idea, can we add outdoor storage (neat shelters like the ones found in garden) outside Hackland?

we could give every member storage space credits and if they don’t use them they can trade them to other members

Perhaps we could start a project to build shelves upstairs (or scavenge some) and get more storage space out of the room upstairs? Then label stuff?

Shelf all the things. Iteration 0: Just clearing the pile of things next to the stack of things should liberate a shelf worth of space.

We have begun experimenting with just tape!
I think the other proposals need zones anyway, so lets zone the floor with wild colors
Maybe two different zones 'NO OVERNIGHT CLEARWAY' which is just for working on stuff while you're there and should be clear of everything overnight
and different color 'STORAGE ZONE' which is limited in size and for labelled stuff with your phone number, name and date
Clearway zones:
I think in front of the rollerdoor and stairs is 'clearway'
beside the CNC to the light is clearway
in front of the toilet is clearway
Storage Zone:
Maybe in the space freed up by the Injection Moulder leaving, to the wall

the pathway to the light switch is also blocked and the emergency exits are almost blocked too! the garage door is also completely blocked. all these things are understandable but unacceptable.
