Hello folks!

I'm from Cape Breton island, Nova Scotia Canada and currently looking to start a E-Nable chapter here in Halifax, NS. I was extremely excited to get started after hearing about this initiative through a Tedtalk a few months back. So far I have raised over $700.00 towards purchasing equipment and materials so I can donate to E-Nable.

Check out my progress here: www.gofundme.com/3dprinthalifax

I have a strong background in logistics and international trade, and may be able to assist in getting prosthetics to people in hard to reach places all over the globe! I am excited to meet you all and look forward to assisting with this project in any way possible.

Hey everyone, I joined eNABLE a couple months ago, I've done a verification hand and delivered two devices to users. I have also started a chapter in Maryland, US. I have no special training in FDM or bioengineering, I'm just a hobbyist 3D printer, but I have been a member of the US Air Force for many years and I have strong management skills that I think I can apply to help individual chapter leaders.

Hello, We've made e-NABLE hands for a couple of people now and have been exploring the different designs. We are currently starting a chapter in Cebu, Philippines in parallel with building a 3D printing community that will be able to contribute to its success. We are working with another shop that is printing lower limb devices that we can also add to the mix. Our FB page is https://www.facebook.com/B3Dcebu/. My background is in industrial engineering/ manufacturing. I have led teams with excellent results in the past and am sure we can do much good here. Thanks for having me.

Hello all, I am a technology teacher and coordinator of technology at a Pre school to 8th grade school. This year I will be working with my 7 to graders on digital design and 3D printing. I plan on using eNABLE with my students to show the many possibilities 3D printing offers. Although our resources are limited, I am hopeful we will be able to create at least one hand.

Hello everyone, I am Thanos from Athens, Greece. We are a small group of friends (engineers and teachers), which decided to start the e-Nable Greece. We are very happy for this, because we really enjoy tech and helping those in need. For us is very important to interact with other members of this world community and take feedback about the e-Nable activities. Apart from our main priority (make hands for those they need them), we plan to disseminate our work with 3d printing and eNables hands in educational communities and orgs and make hands for children at refugee's camps (mainly coming from Syria civil war). Undoubtfly our journey will be difficult, but we really love this idea and we are happy to join this community.

Hi Patrick! Is the mini grant proposal still active? Because I have uploaded a thread (new decision/proposal) with our plan and grant proposal but I can't find it anywhere. There you can see our plan, needs and experience so far. Actually our prior needs are filaments and a couple of portable 3d printers-suitable for education purposes (we have 3 tevo tornado, one donated by e-Nanle France and two bought by our members). Thanks for welcoming me in this great group!!!
