Streamlined notification settings, ready for push notifications

Added ability to preview notification emails ("Preview")

I received an invite to a new discussion. I read the content in the email. It was just an announcement, so I don't need to take any action. Then a couple days later I get another copy of the email, as a reminder. That's annoying.

It's not clear to me what "notifications" are. Is that an in-app badge and an email?

Ya, explaining that makes the whole thing complex to explain.

I'm hoping that people don't think about it too much. Maybe we can do better though.

The in app notifications will never stop/change, the preferences are just about if you will receive an email (or push notification) for a particular event.
