Recognize 2021 OSGeo Executive and Board Appointments
At the board meeting 2021-02-22 we discussed and voted for the new Exceutive and Board positions https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Board_Meeting_2021-02-22#Appointing_new_OSGeo_Executive_roles
Based on the meeting from 2021-02-21 being conducted in good order and nearly full attendance (9-1 Till Adams was not present) I would like to recognize the following appointments. These appointments were made by a nomination process, each individual has accepted the position, and been approved. Only the position Chair of Board was postponed as Till Adams was not present.

Vice-president: Michele Tobias
Vice-president: Codrina Maria Ilie
Secretary: Astrid Emde
