meetings

I don't see the system currently working too well - especially for the blog we are relatively low on content and as an editorial board we have few opportunities to meet.

In my experience successful organising groups hold regular weekly meetings that allow people to grow together as a group. My proposal (please feel free to make amendments!) is for regular meetings to be held on Tuesdays at the University of Birmingham in the Learning Centre at 6pm for one hour (as it is accessible and doesn't need booking). Meetings would last no longer than an hour and for those who have to travel/spend money they don't have on transport the board would reimburse those costs from the membership dues. I'm not sure where is best to decide this as we haven't managed to have a regular meeting in yonks!
