Let us suggest ways to improve the presentation of the organizational model examined and advocated within this forum: The Holocratic Circle. Let us ourselves work collaboratively to improve (and/or provide translations of) the advocated organizational model – honing its website presentation, its essays, its templates and graphics; helping to create user-friendly flow-charts and other enhanced resources for free dissemination, etc.

InourCommunities: 1) Let us advocate for the adoption of humanity's best-practice methods for organizing and collaborating in an ethics-based, egalitarian, transparent, accountable and efficient manner throughout society – in our homes, local communities, workplaces, groups and organizations. 2) Within our local civil organizations – and People's Assemblies – advocate adoption of the proposed circular organizational model: the Holocratic Circle. 3) Within our Local and/or Regional Assemblies: help to establish and participate in an Assembly Working Group focused upon I) considering, honing and customizing the Earth Holocracy Proposal's advocated organizational model: the Holocratic Circle and ii) formulating proposals for the Assembly's consideration and endorsement towards adopting the advocated practices.

Let's work to ensure that the self-organization and collaborative efforts of the people - in all sectors and at all levels of society – proceed in a harmonious, dynamically focused and productive manner. So as to enhance the mutual trust and awareness of people endeavoring to work collaboratively and effectively in the pursuit of common goals, let us advocate the widespread adoption and use of the EHP's customized version of the 'Blueprint of WE Collaboration Document'.

I offer the GHA's Priority, Goals, Strategies, Action [PGSA] draft document for 'Adopting an Ethics-based, Transparent, Egalitarian and Efficient Organizational Model' as 1) a template for furthering this proposed initiative - or 2) should participants be aligned with the PGSA contained within, as a draft submitted for our group's consideration, honing / reworking / improving - with the aim of using the revised document as a 'Key Founding Document' of our Circle (that is, as a guide for our collaborative efforts and as an inviolable reference for our collective decision-making).
