This specific thread is to discuss the application of Chapter-level Badges to help local chapters promote their own internal accomplishments and events through a BPL system.

This aims to give chapter the opportunity to give badges to local accomplishments. As examples we have:
* Give badges to event participants
* Create badges to distinguish who is part of that local chapter

I believe this will help chapters to adapt some badge rewards to the local social reality of the chapter.

But it's just the two of us here. This is an SPC-level question. And there was an email exchange on this topic just the other day. But the SPC people aren't partcipating in loomio. I'm not sure how to wrestle them in....

Dear friends, before begin discussing how it can help and how badges should be applied at a local chapter level I think is important to verify if you think this proposal can add value to the community. I am starting a voting proposal for it!
