Some months ago, our MEP Julia Reda found out a study about copyright had been left unpublished for some mysterious reasons - quite practical while the European institutions are discussing a Directive about Copyright - and she denounced this.

After another request for access to documents, it appears another study, made by the Study center of the European Commission, was also buried, on request from the Commission's own DG CNECT.
