This proposal passes
Proposal that the MGP CC:
a) endorse BTEC's campaign to create a regional transportation authority (RTA) to complete the Baltimore Red Line light rail project including but not limited to a ballot initiative campaign in Baltimore city in 2020.
b) encourage its members to participate in the planning and execution of outreach activities, signature collection, and strategic communications bringing their own perspectives on the environment, public health, climate challenges, and the Green economy to the BTEC mission.
