Response to Equality coin + Earth Nation merger

BJ Brittney Johnson Public Seen by 272

Is it possible to have a council meeting before going to vote on this? Ideally with the two councils...the asc/earth nation and equality coin.

I would like more clarity around what the transfer would look like for those of us who have shares and keys...and also about the transfer in relationship to those project proposals that have gone through already...will the same plan be applicable i.e. 1000 key/equality coin increments distributed as the transparent distribution is shared with the central "decentralized" organization?

Also, what will the transparency be around the organization/council for distribution of central coins? Can we have an open ledger? Would love to see more transparency around all spending and energetic exchanges.

Yes...so calling for more transparency and would love to give anyone an opportunity to feel heard and seen as this is a pretty big decision and it would be unfortunate to rush through something without the proper council...

This is a call for the council to show up and make a decision together.

Hello Brittney,

The way I was seeing things was building the Equality Coin (or whatever we want to call it) as its own autonomous organization. (It would run itself by the people.) It would just be a currency to assist transactions between groups, merchants, people, and so forth. It would link together like minded people and organizations that are dedicated to assist the world.

The different autonomous non-profit groups that teamed up with the currency would receive money to assist them in their projects and to back the Equality Coin with assets. When the final currency is built, there would be a small transaction fee associated with transfers of the currency. Those fees go to the non-profits so they can continue to receive income and grow the backed assets. Any new non-profit that wanted to join with the currency, would have to be voted in by the currency holders. (Just like any changes to the currency as well.)

Now the major strong point to having the Equality Coin would be the asset backing. Over the years that can/will make it a major force in the cryptocurrency field. What I would like to do was convert the current keys to the new Equality Coin. So if you had 500 keys you would now have 500 Equality Coins. Right away we would back the currency with physical assets and also build up the exchange on waves so people can buy and sell the currency their if they needed to.

Dakota and I talked and I was thinking on moving the 1000 key/equality coin increments to higher and higher levels as the non-profits show responsibility/trust. Basically the organizations will have their allotted currency, but in order to keep the currency at a safe stable value we want them to control the spending of that currency. So responsibility and transparency.
