Our Referral Payment Structure

DK Dakota Kaiser Public Seen by 272

Our suggested payment structure is as followers
referral mentorship payment structure. As follows;
3% recruitment. Everyone receives 3% of the governance and resource shares of those they invite in.
7% direct mentorship. Each ambassador receives 7% of their apprentices shares. If that mentor recruited that apprentice personally, they receive 10%
5% Second tier lineage. Each ambassador receives 5% of their apprentices apprentices.
3% third tier lineage.
1% fourth tier lineage.

If any member ever donates, we will award 22% of that funding to their recruiter.
Half of this 22% must be tracked and used for humanitarian purposes.
The other half can be spent on anything

I like this as a baseline to get the system going. I know we can always vote to have something changed. It motivates me to get funding, knowing that I am supported then to fund it forward to a project, while I get awarded %11 for the lead.

The 22% and then 11% with verification required seems unnecessarily complicated to me.
I would suggest the %kick back on donations follow the same percentages as resource and governance shares.

I am abstaining from voting, as these subjects are not something that resonates much with me and in particular, I feel that the 22% share of donations made being shared with the recruiter is pretty high. I would like to think that the majority of us are not concerned about receiving that much, if any? But, as I said, I am probably not the one to ask about this.

11% goes to the recruiter directly. The 11% goes to a project of the Recruiters choice.

The concept of this system John JJ Jenkins is that it simultaneously supports all those who choose to co-create in it as well as all humankind and our planet earth.

In this interlude of our people still needing USD to survive and thrive it makes total sense to award those who connect us to funding. I want to empower those whos passion purpose is to connect our people with the resources we need. I see this as a reasonable percentage that will allow those who wish to fill this role to thrive.

Thank you for your explanation, although it really wasn't necessary, as my perspective hasn't changed. I was simply sharing my thoughts and feelings on the matter.

The 22% is specifically when someone purchases resource and governance shares.

Our current rate for sale is 3 resource shares and 1 governance shares per 9 dollars.

We also have a subscription option that awards 3 resource shares and 1 governance shares per 3 dollars for the first 33 dollars contributed each month. Then 2 resource shares and .66 governance shares per 3 dollars for the next 66 dollars. Then the "Full rate" of 1 resource share and .33 governance shares per 3 dollars.

Should someone choose to refuse their shares, their referrer will still receive their percentage so long as that donation is an easily liquidate-able tool or resource.

Additional contributors have the option to refuse shares and dictate exactly where their funding goes, in this case their referrer does not receive a percentage.

Basically; to encourage financial support memberships, contributors obtain 3x shares for the first 33 dollars, 2x for the next 66 dollars each month.

Additionally; a maximum of 20% of governance shares may be bought with investment capital at any given time. Shares that are purchased above this are held in reserve and become active as new non-invested shares are awarded.

There are no limitations on active resource shares.
