Stream should be named differently

Naming the main stream "Stream" is wrongly suggesting that there is only one stream on Diaspora*, while there are many, many others :
- Stream
- My Activity
- @Mentions
- My Aspects
- #Followed Tags
- Profile
- Search
- Other people's profiles
Thus, I propose the Stream to be renamed Home or Main Stream.

Naah, diaspora is diaspora, there's no need to adapt it to the other networks in terms of changing its beautiful Streams to a boring Home. ;)

I think stream is a good name. Although, we could name the pager 'home page', that has the stream on it. I personally think aspect should be renamed, and even separated into 'circles'(or something else since g+ prob owns this), and tags.

I've no problem with "stream" nor with "home".
In the android app, the stream is on a "home" icon btw...
