Appoint chief returning officer for 2019 member elections and board elections
We have received the following email:
For the 2019 elections, Vasile and Vicky who were in the 2018 elections are stepping down from the CRO committee.
Jorge is staying as volunteer and Anne Ghisla is also volunteering for CRO.
>
We request approval for the CRO committee members:
Jorge Gustavo Rocha
Anne Ghisla
>
Regards 2018 CRO members Jorge, Vicky, Vasile
Noting the CRO is an officer appoint meant and not a committee we have the following clarification:
Jorge and I will work together to handle the election process, and we agreed that he will be the official CRO.

Is there some confusion (possibly my own) on CRO role as an individual officer vs a CRO committee? Like we can form an election committee if needed (or the officer can just ask for help).
